I'm a Military & Council veteran, engineer, super-friendly aviator, volunteer & rate-payer. I'm equipped with the knowledge, skills and Council experience to deliver the representation you deserve. As your Councillor, I’ll promote innovative, value-for-money policies and strategic direction, ensure the Council delivers us its best and remains accountable. I seek to transition the Council from response and unprecedented debt to reform and renewal. I will always search for consensus that will drive an era of fair and just governance, and a culture of cooperation. I’m for the best benefit of all residents and ratepayers. A Brighter future for Alexandrina
I became involved in local government and was elected as a Councillor 8 years ago. My determination to ensure the accountability and transparency of local government has never wavered. Only recently, my beautiful wife Rosalie and I bought a place in Alexandrina and I want to ensure that the Council continues to focus on our needs and particularly the needs of the often forgotten North.
I’ll never ignore your issues. I want a fair deal for all residents and ratepayers and Council should be doing a lot better for all of us.
I am a chartered professional engineer, family man, and veteran with an extensive military background. I’ve served 4 years as a City Councillor in the Adelaide metro area which provided me with a thorough knowledge of local government, Councils and committees. My MBA gives me a firm grounding in the business world. I am a family man with two amazing daughters. I want all residents and ratepayers of Alexandrina, particularly in the North, to get a fair go and I will Fight tooth and nail to achieve that if necessary.

I am equipped with the knowledge, skills and experience to deliver you the representation you deserve. I’ve worked hard to represent resident and ratepayer interests, and I will fight hard for everyone (businesses, ratepayers and residents in the North Ward), I’ve proudly given my constituents a voice in Council. As a former Elected Member, I have been instrumental in bringing about renovations, partnerships, cost-reductions and achieving community wants and desires in the face of considerable opposition from other members of Council and Administration.

Let me be your voice on Council
Less than a third of all eligible voters cast their ballot in council elections. This means that you may not be getting appropriate representation. We end up with the wrong people in council. I want to provide better representation, even for those people and businesses that do not vote.
Casting your postal vote in the Council Elections is critical to improving the culture and efficiency of the Council. For your vote to count, ballot papers must reach the Returning Officer by 5 pm, Thursday 10 November. A ballot box will be located in the Council office building until that time for anyone who wants personally to deliver their vote.
